Writing for the iPhone and iPad using jQuery

It looks like to me that Apple has won the battle to not use Flash. As a web designer, I am no longer using Flash to display sliding shows and pictures. It is just as easy to display a slide shows or pictures using jQuery. Note that this is not an HTML 5 issue. It is simply an easier way to display slide shows, transitions and pictures with out dealing with the hazels of Flash.

According to the jQuery website,"jQuery is a a fast, concise, library that simplifies how to traverse HTML documents, handle events, perform animations, and add AJAX.

What does this mean to you and me? Easy transitions of pictures and graphics. I must admit that this is very cool. It works very well without a browser plug-in and displays in all browsers including the Apple iPhone and iPad.
